Medical Aid for First Lviv Medical Association

From August to September 2022, the USF sourced, sorted, packed and sent 6 pallets, or over $32,000, worth of critical medical aid to the First Lviv Medical Association, which oversees two public hospitals and one children’s hospital in Lviv, Ukraine.

A huge thanks to Austin Health and Lesia & Simon Jaworski for their donations of critical medical supplies, Rotary Donations in Kind for their warehousing and sorting space, the Australian Defence Force for logistical support, and individual donors and volunteers for their invaluable assistance. We are pleased to report that the Lviv First Medical Assocation received the medical aid shipment in early December 2022.
