Healing Children with Happiness: our annual Christmas Gift Appeal 2023

We are pleased to report on our 'Brighten a Ukrainian Child’s Christmas' gift campaign. Thanks to the support of our incredible donor community, we were able to gift a moment of happiness to 130 seriously ill children at the Western Ukrainian Specialised Children’s Medical Centre in Lviv, Ukraine.

Moments like these truly inspire and motivate children to keep fighting their own battles in a war-torn country. Our CEO, Natalia Pastushenko, was in Lviv to coordinate and distribute the gift bags on St Nicholas’ Day.

  • Every gift contained only Ukrainian-made products.

  • Every child now has an opportunity to select two books they like from a local publisher.

  • The engaging atmosphere has highlighted the importance of unity, happiness, and a simple smile to keep moving forward.
